|Job description=This post has been designed to assist with a specific programme of activities funded jointly by MECS (Modern Energy Cooking Services) and UK PACT (UK Partnering for Accelerated Climate Transitions) designed to accelerate the uptake of electric cooking in Kenya over the next 18 months. Specifically, this will include: supporting the Ministry of Energy to develop a National Clean Cooking Strategy and Electric Cooking (eCooking) Strategy; and supporting the delivery of a market development and capacity building programme for Kenya’s emerging eCooking sector in partnership with Kenya Power.
