What you will do:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Project support (60%)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Support with capacity-building activities, such as organising masterclasses and investment trainings, from conceptualisation to implementation and reporting.&lt;br /&gt;
Assist in the organisation of business delegations and webinars.&lt;br /&gt;
Be a key player in organising and coordinating events like the Renewable Energy Access Days and Energy Access Investment Forums, involving liaising with speakers and programme implementation.&lt;br /&gt;
Support the Business Development team as needed, which may include developing the membership database, generating ideas, and drafting proposals.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Membership engagement (40%)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Identify and engage with potential new members who share our vision&lt;br /&gt;
Support in the sales of sponsorship packages for ARE events and webinars&lt;br /&gt;
Collaborate in enhancing membership satisfaction and ensuring the retention of existing ARE members.&lt;br /&gt;
Deliver membership services to existing members.&lt;br /&gt;

About you&lt;br /&gt;
You bring a proactive mindset and a can-do attitude to the table.&lt;br /&gt;
Attention to detail is your second nature. • Your proficiency in both written and spoken French and English (native speaker or equivalent) is a must.&lt;br /&gt;
You have the ability to take ownership of activities and projects, making things happen.&lt;br /&gt;
You can provide clear and concise deliverables even under time pressure.&lt;br /&gt;
You hold a higher education degree in business and economics, law, development, or related fields, or you have equivalent experience.&lt;br /&gt;
You have 0-3 years of experience in a similar role, or you're a passionate newcomer eager to make your mark.&lt;br /&gt;
You have the right to live and work in Belgium.&lt;br /&gt;
Knowledge of other languages, such as Portuguese and/or Spanish, is a valuable asset.&lt;br /&gt;
