|Job description=Invitation to Tender: LEIA Impact Evaluation

The Low Energy Inclusive Appliances Programme (LEIA) is commissioning an eight-year impact evaluation to assess its achievements and effectiveness to date. The evaluation will also explore LEIA’s role in supporting the growth of the off-grid appliance sector in Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia and examine how its delivery model — including partnerships and coordination — has contributed to impact.
