This part compiles Terms of Reference (ToR) that can be applied in the implementation of measures and/or projects to energy efficient lighting. ToR are available to the following aspects:

*to conduct studies to know about actual (framework) conditions in a country
*to plan, implement and monitor information- and sensitization campaigns
*to design information material
*to plan and implement capacity building measures
*to implement actual lighting measures (audits)
