|Job description=Since 1976, the non-profit [http://aprovecho.org/ Aprovecho Research Center] has been a world leader in sharing open-source design and testing technologies and services for improved biomass cookstoves to reduce the health, climate, and livelihood impacts of cooking with biomass over open fires, currently still practiced by 2.7 billion people in the world.
