For the questions below, it is difficult to answer because as an organization we have many of these capacities to share but whether we are able to share with other depends so much on context and availability.  So I could check all boxes, but not sure we would be able to meet everyones need.  Similarly, I could check all boxes for areas where we have capacity gaps!  Our teams around the world need to learn from each other and could equally learn from the access networks. If we were a smaller or less multi-sectoral organization we might be able to answer this more clearly.
