|CSO intern ref2=Just a comment regarding capacity gaps: we have experience and knowledge on most of these fields, but there are gaps on specific elements. E.g. we have some effective women empowerment project, but I think we can develop our capacities to be able to stronger integrate that in most of our projects. Also on investor finance, we have some people with knowledge, but we can still learn a lot on how to incorporate that effectively into our projects towards reaching the poor. So my point is: the capacity gaps are at a more specific, lower level than the categories presented.
