Join the Digital Forum: Nature-Based Solutions - How Restoration Can Support a Healthy Climate, Economy and Planet on 29 April 2021 organized by the Global Landscapes Forum jointly with the Collaborative Partnership on Forests (CPF) and the Global Partnership on Forest and Landscape Restoration (GPFLR).
Did you know that land degradation could force up to 700 million people to migrate by 2050? But there’s still time to act by restoring our planet's deforested and degraded ecosystems. The Digital Forum: Nature-Based Solutions will help increase understanding in three key areas where FLR can make significant contributions: climate mitigation and adaptation, job creation, and reducing threats to biodiversity. It will also provide an opportunity to showcase the role of partnerships and collaboration in successful FLR.
