As part of the Week of Clean Cooking, this event will present the key findings from the World Bank ESMAP’s recently published background papers on LPG as a cooking fuel: i) Subsidizing Bottled Gas: Approaches and Effects on Household Use; ii) Primary Household Energy for Cooking and Heating in 52 Developing Economies; and iii) Comparison of Bottled Gas and Advanced Combustion Pellet Stoves.
