As long as the financial facility is well functioning and supports profitable investments, BEFF will have a high impact in terms of energy savings and associated GHG emission reductions. Leveraging large volumes of co-financing will boost the project’s performance, as it will increase the volume of GHG emission reductions per dollar of seed capital provided by GEF.<br />
