Español: En el desarrollo del Sistema de Calificación de Desempeño Energético de Edificios, el objetivo del presente estudio consiste en revisar y adaptar el modelo previamente desarrollado por el INE e integrarlo a una herramienta en Excel® que facilitará la evaluación de desempeño energético de los inmuebles de oficinas, clínicas y escuelas. El modelo estadístico desarrollado por el INE en colaboración con Conuee-GIZ-GOPA, sigue los procedimientos estadísticos del modelo Energy Star®, con información de inmuebles, clima y condiciones de operación específicas de México.
