Español: Documento guía sobre la metodología de una Red de Aprendizaje y recomendaciones para su implementación en los campos de la Eficiencia Energética y los Sistemas de Gestión de la Energía. Se integran las lecciones aprendidas a lo largo de la implementación de las redes piloto en México, estructurándolas en una propuesta metodológica adaptada a las condiciones de la región. El documento parte de una caracterización de las RdA y posteriormente la explicación de las distintas fases de su implementación.
