Solar Powered Water Systems (SPWS) in Humanitarian Context – Making Sense of SPWS Expansion - This webinar, second in the four-part series, will discuss the different parameters for solarization of existing water schemes in the humanitarian context. Water Mission International will introduce retrofitting existing water schemes into solar. Rocky Mountain Institute will discuss notions on overpumping and how to limit it. En el marco de las actividades de la Plataforma Producción Bajo
Riego, siendo éste un espacio de análisis y reflexión sobre temas de
producción bajo riego entre el Ministerio de Medio Ambiente y Agua, así
como el Ministerio de Desarrollo Rural y Tierras, se han desarrollado
unos eventos a nivel nacional sobre “Sistemas de Bombeo Solar para
Irrigación y otros usos”, con el apoyo de la Cooperación Alemana a
través de la Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit
(GIZ) GmbH y el Programa NEXO (Agua, Energía y Seguridad
Alimentaria) y la Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo”
Como resultado de las mismas, tenemos el agrado de poner a
disposición de técnicos y productores el “Manual de Capacitación del
Equipo Móvil de Bombeo Solar”.
