Español: El presente reporte busca servir como una guía sobre los principales riesgos, barreras y oportunidades de proyectos de energías renovables con venta completa o predominantemente al mercado spot (proyectos fully o partially merchant). Para ello se plantea el objetivo de identificar instrumentos financieros y mecanismos que permitan mitigar los riesgos asociados al financiamiento de proyectos merchant. A través de su contenido, se busca brindar mayor información sobre el potencial de los proyectos con venta a mercado para entidades financieras, desarrolladores de proyectos, entidades de gobierno y asesores con el fin de impulsar el mercado de energías renovables en México.
