Español: Análisis de la situación nacional respecto al consumo energético por potencia en espera y estrategias para su ahorro. Toma como antecedente el estudio realizado en 2008 por GIZ y se determina la desviación de la proyección del potencial de ahorro debido al consumo de energía en espera en los equipos identificados (televisores, decodificadores, computadoras y monitores). Este análisis toma en cuenta información obtenida en laboratorios y campo, fabricantes, estadísticas de mercado y dependencias de gobierno.
