Español: Documento que tiene el propósito de establecer los pasos que permitan contribuir a alcanzar las metas de eficiencia energética señaladas en la Estrategia de Transición para Promover el Uso de Tecnologías y Combustibles más Limpios en el sector industrial a través de mecanismos basados en acciones directas e indirectas de carácter institucional, regulatorio, económico, financiero, informativo y de desarrollo de capacidades. Incluye un diagnóstico para la propuesta de los instrumentos, el cual se realizó mediante investigación de gabinete, entrevistas y talleres participativos, logrando como principales resultados el ahorro energético obtenido por la aplicación de las medidas adoptadas.
