Fuel Pricing Policies

Local Currency: KHR
Exchange Rate: 4020

Last Update: 2011/05/01

The downstream fuel sector is open in Cambodia; according to several sources, fuel pricing is liberal (e.g. see →App.A1).

The „Cambodian National Petroleum Agency“ (CNPA) supervises the upstream and downstream fuel sectors (http://cnpa.gov.kh/). Statistical information on fuel prices and information on fuel price composition is missing.

Cambodia is 100% dependent on import of refined products. While Cambodia is a producer of crude oil (see http://cnpa.gov.kh/), it lacks a refinery.
