"Pricing policy: Government sets maximum wholesale prices for gasoline, diesel, and kerosene from time to time. They were changed only once in 2012. LPG prices are independent of cylinder size. Administración Nacional de Combustibles, Alcoholes y Portland (ANCAP, National Administration for Fuel, Alcohol, and Portland) posts prices dating back to 1974 on its Web site."
