Among the discussants representatives of private and civil society organisations, government institutes, knowledge centres, development agencies and international donors during the Workshop. A variety of topics were discussed: realising multiple benefits of biogas, carbon finance components in biogas programmes, the importance of the private sector in SNV's market oriented sector development approach and cost price reduction initiatives to expand the target group of potential biogas users.
