Abstract The objectives of this Terms of Reference (TOR) are to:
  • Assess the impacts of climate change on the future production of power from hydropower plants in the country;
  • Assess the impacts of upstream and downstream anthropogenic activities on the future production of power from hydropower plants in the country, and
  • Propose concrete adaptation investments and capacity development to make existing and identified hydropower schemes in the country more sustainable.
