Abstract
This report is the fourth in a series of biennial assessments of the global off-grid solar market undertaken by the World Bank Group through its Lighting Global Program. Lighting Global is the platform under which the World Bank Group supports the development of the global off-grid solar energy services market, and includes a portfolio of country-based market development programs undertaken through Lighting Africa, Lighting Asia, and Lighting Pacific.
