Overview of Guides
This guideline presents the overview of the principal guides that were elaborated in the "Solar Energy for Electricity and Heat in Chile" project. Guide for an Initial Evaluation of a PV Installation
The guide for the initial evaluation of buildings for the installation of photovoltaic systems provides information on the requirements that a building must meet to install a PV system, how to select a building that deserves a more detailed analysis at the feasibility of installation of a PV system and how to discard the non-feasible buildings.
Operation and Maintenance of PV Systems
This guide presents the critical aspects of operation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems, which helps to diagnose and evaluate the operating parameters of a photovoltaic plant. This allows identifying faults and regular preventive maintenance activities and their frequencies.
Guide to Good and Bad Practices of Photovoltaic Installations on Roofs
