Abstract This Terms of Reference (TOR) concerns a long term financing for the development, construction and operation of a 65 MW wind farm (44 - 1,5 MW wind turbines). The consulting firm provides independent engineer consulting due diligence services to lenders of projects of this nature which will be performed in two phases:
  • Phase I: Initial project review and technical due diligence prior to financial closing;
  • Phase II: Construction and performance test monitoring and operations monitoring during commercial operation and after financial closing.
