ToR Advisor for Energy Efficiency

Title of Document ToR Advisor for Energy Efficiency
Abstract The ToR describes consultancy services for a project supporting the Energy Efficiency Department at the Ministry of Energy in implementing an energy efficiency investment framework.

The advisor for EE shall:
• prepare a mid-term-strategy and assess the EE Action Plan,
• execute and manage the Public Awareness Media Action Plan, prepare EE business plan, prepare guidelines and procedures to implement,
• monitor and evaluate EE projects & programs,
• prepare quarterly progress reports,
• provide training to the EE Department staff in the field of projects’ assessment.
