It all started in 2007 with some internal wiki tests within the dutch-german partnership Energising Development (EnDev). We signed up for a PBWiki and used it for our weekly meeting. After some weeks we were convinced that a wiki would be a valuable tool for EnDev. We assigned a consultant and he developed a web page based on the content management system Joomla including a wiki, a blog, a calendar, a fot gallery and an userlist.
