Job description	The Rockefeller Foundation is seeking an experienced Director, Policy & Grant Management to join the Climate & Resilience team. The Climate & Resilience team’s initial vision is to help to lead the development of market-changing innovations to increase the capital that flows towards the development and implementation of climate and resilience projects globally. The Director, Policy & Grant Management will work with the Managing Director (MD) and the Initiative team to develop the policy enabling environment that supports the team’s interventions as well as develop the relationship between the Initiative team and its portfolio of grantees.
