Description
The discussion will be moderated by REEEP's Director General, Magdalena Kouneva, and involve high-level representatives of the Development Bank of Zambia (DBZ), Coalition for Green Capital, SouthBridge Group and the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA).

The panel will explore the potential of the Green Bank model to scale up climate finance in developing countries, in particular in Africa, and the requirements for Green Banks to fit the specific conditions of these markets, especially as significant opportunities exist in Africa in distributed renewable energy, energy efficiency and energy access due to improved technology and business methods.

Join us to learn how Green Banks can help tap into these opportunities and catalyse the much-needed investment into low-carbon and sustainable development sectors.
