Take the unique opportunity to combine theoretical and practical views on how to assess regulatory delivery, as well as outputs and outcomes of regulatory authorities, from economic, legal, societal perspectives.
This course will share optimal governance models experienced in Europe for the energy transition while comparing them with innovative initiatives in South America, Asia, and Africa. During the course, you will review increasingly complex infrastructure regulation due to public policies promoting liberalisation, decarbonisation and digitalisation.
Additionally, you will learn how to operate regulatory tools in their different application, establish goals of regulation, evaluate their outcomes and receive guidance on the development of a proposal for regulatory reform and get feedback from our course faculty and experts.
