Summary

The objective of this Terms of Reference (TOR) is to carry out Cumulative Impact Assessment (CIA) and Optimized Water Management for the rivers funded under the project. The study will be conducted in three phases in which first all rivers are screened for potential significant cumulative impacts and as a second phase the affected rivers are studied in more detail. The results of the screening will guide to what level detailed studies are needed for each river. The results of the cumulative impacts analysis shall be the basis for the third phase of the study which is the development of joint operation rules for each of the rivers.
