“Prices are set by Administración Nacional de Combustible (ANACP). ANCAP is implementing a parametric fuel information system (similar to the international parity price) as a tool for controlling variations in variables (crude, exchange rate) that affect fuel prices.
National Energy Directorate (DNE): Conducts a monthly record of average prices for oil products (with and without taxes).”
