Support the project management and coordination of SEforALL’s efforts to advance 24/7 CFE 
  
    To support managing the 24/7 Carbon Free Energy Compact (CFE)

Support raising awareness about 24/7 CFE through dedicated campaigns, workshops and in global fora  
  
    To advance the reach of the Compact in the Global South
+
Support expanded knowledge and commitment development in key geographies, including in the Global South and underrepresented communities 
  
    To enhance the efficiency and the impact of the Compact through convenings, collaborations and knowledge sharing with current members

Support outreach to governments for providing policy and regulatory assistance to advance 24/7 CFE

Support developing value propositions, case studies, toolkits for existing key members and promoting their work

Conduct high-level outreach to governments, cities, companies, NGOs and other stakeholders to commit 
  
    Support the project management and coordination of SEforALL’s efforts to advance 24/7 CFE  
+
Convene signatories virtually and in-person to provide a platform for collaboration and knowledge sharing  
  
    Support raising awareness about 24/7 CFE through dedicated campaigns, workshops and in global fora

Provide technical, regulatory and policy focused support to signatories  
  
    Support expanded knowledge and commitment development in key geographies, including in the Global South and underrepresented communities 
+
Work on new projects and high priority tasks that need to be delivered with precision and pace 
  
    Support outreach to governments for providing policy and regulatory assistance to advance 24/7 CFE 
+
Other tasks and duties as may be required

Specific competencies to the role: 
 
 
 
    Master’s degree in a related field such as energy, economics, business administration, environmental management, statistics or other relevant fields 
 
 
 
    At least 5 years of relevant work experience in energy policy, energy regulatory development, development finance, environmental management and/or climate action 
 
 
 
    Technical knowledge of sustainable/clean energy is required 
 
 
 
    Good research methods and data analysis skills are required 
 
 
 
    Previous experience with sustainable/clean energy is necessary 
 
 
 
    Experience leading innovation processes such as design thinking, agile development or user centred design is desirable 
 
 
 
    Knowledge of intergovernmental processes is desirable 
 
 
 
    Flexibility and focus on detail

Salary information
 
 
 
The successful candidate will be offered an all-in daily rate determined depending on the successful candidate’s qualification and experience, and applying the principle of internal equity.
