Abstract
The objective of the study is to analyze the contribution and significance of quality infrastructure in Sub-Saharan Africa for both climate change mitigation (renewable energies, energy efficiency) and adaptation to climate change (water, agriculture, human health and meteorology).
After a general overview of the region in terms of the existing demand for quality infrastructure, the study takes a closer look at the status quo of quality infrastructure services which already exist in four selected country studies (Benin, Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda).
