Description
Sustainable Energy for ALL (SEforALL) has decided to postpone the SEforALL Forum in Kigali, Rwanda to 17-19 May 2022.
This decision has been taken to ensure the health and well-being of participants considering the COVID-19situation and as a result of in-depth discussions with our host, the Government of Rwanda, the United Nations and the SEforALL Administrative Board.
At this challenging time, SEforALL and the Government of Rwanda join the international community in standing in solidarity with affected countries.
Rwanda will remain the host country of the SEforALL Forum, which was planned to take place 26-28 May 2020. Preparations will proceed to ensure the best possible results for the Forum, designed as the landmark opportunity to foster a global dialogue about the challenges and opportunities of achieving SDG7 by 2030. The Forum will provide a space for voices from across the global sustainable energy movement to share successes and visions of the future and will serve as a platform to broker new partnerships, spur investment and drive action towards realizing SDG7.
