Objective of the Assignment
The Project Manager will co-ordinate and oversee EASP Project activities to ensure that the Project objectives and targets are met within the restraints of time, quality, and budget, and in accordance with the Project’s Operations Manual.
Scope of Services
The Project Manager will be dedicated to the implementation of the UECCC-managed activities under EASP, and will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Provide overall professional project management services under the EASP and to ensure successful implementation of UECCC-managed activities and targets.
- Ensure that the project is implemented in accordance with the Project’s Operations Manual
(POM) and Implementation Optimization Plan
- Prepare reports and evidence on fulfilment of performance-based conditions for submission to
the Project Coordination Manager at the Project Coordination Unit (PCU) at MEMD.
- Lead the PIU staff and develop operational tasks and set operational goals and timeframes to
ensure each program will meet the project targets
