The downstream market is liberal in Singapore. Pricing is also liberal. The downstream market is oligopolistic, since there are only four retailing companies in Singapore.

Official information could not (yet) be found on the internet; hints welcome!

PetrolWatch (http://www.petrolwatch.com.sg/) is an independent website that monitors fuel prices and also publishes historic fuel prices.

Several Oil Companies, as ExxonMobil, gives some information on the fuel price composition (http://www.exxonmobil.com/).
