Abstract
This training manual about safe and sound hand-

ling of electric and electronic waste (e-waste) was developed within the framework of the German Cooperation programme for “Environmentally Sound Disposal & Recycling of E-Waste” (E-Waste Programme, 08/2016 – 01/2020), with its objective to support the Ghanaian Ministry of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESTI) to improve the conditions for sustainable management

of e-waste in Ghana.
