The National Renewable Energy Platform (NREP) is a tripartite organization involving Government, Development Partners, Private Sector, and Civil Society Organization stakeholders in Uganda's Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (RE&EE) sub-sectors. The aim is to boost national collective action and harmonization for sustainable development of Uganda's energy resources. To support the National Clean Cooking Programme for Uganda, NREP seeks consultancy services to develop Knowledge Management (KM) products for the clean cooking ecosystem in Uganda.
Description
The Consultancy Team will assess the current state of Knowledge Management within Uganda’s clean cooking ecosystem and develop new KM products to enhance knowledge utilization, transfer, and creation. The team will also provide training to key stakeholders on using these products, including developing: a Clean Cooking Ecosystem Atlas, a web-based Knowledge Management Platform and Clean Cooking Mobile Application.

Submission Requirements
- Inception Report by 15th November 2024
- First Draft before 31st January 2025
- Final Draft before 28th February 2025
- Testing of KM dashboard and mobile application by 31st March 2025
- Final web-based KM dashboard and mobile application by 30th April 2025
Terms and Conditions
- Payments will be made based on the submission and acceptance of deliverables.
- 20% on the acceptance of the Inception Report
- 30% on the acceptance of the First Drafts
- 40% on the acceptance of the Final Drafts
- 10% three months post-launch of deliverables
