Description
REEEP invites you to a public webinar on 22 January 2026 to share key findings from the first application window of the PURE Growth Fund, our modified results-based financing programme supporting clean energy SMEs and agribusinesses to scale Productive Use of Renewable Energy (PURE) solutions in Tanzania.

Launched in May 2025, PURE Growth attracted over 50 applications from Tanzanian and international companies, requesting nearly nine times the available funding. The strong response has generated valuable insights into priority sectors and value chains, business models and technologies, gender split and geographic distribution of applicants, and broader market trends shaping the PURE landscape.

During the webinar, the PURE Growth Fund team will present an analysis of the application results and introduce the PURE Impact Index, a new metric developed by REEEP to systematically compare and reward the economic, social and service-level performance of SMEs deploying PURE solutions. The PII enables consistent assessment across diverse technologies, business models and value chains, and plays a central role in PURE
