Africa is a continent of enormous opportunity with the world’s youngest population, vast renewable energy potential, extraordinary innovation, and critical minerals that are central to the global energy transition. Yet it is also the continent that has contributed the least to climate change while bearing some of its harshest impacts. Energy transitions only matter when they improve lives, help communities, support livelihoods, and create more dignity and opportunity. That is the kind of work we are trying to do, and the kind of person we hope to find.
We are looking for a thoughtful leader and a true team player. Someone committed to building something meaningful with and for people. Someone who understands that the best programs are never built by one person, and that lasting impact comes from trust, humility, and shared ownership.
