Title of Document Preparation of Mini-Hydro Private Power Projects for Financial Closure
Abstract This Terms of Reference (TOR) describes tasks to be undertaken to bring at least 2 mini-hydro sub-projects, out of an initial long list of 20, to financial closure. The consultants is supposed to conduct the pre-feasibility studies on 10 candidates. The private developers are responsible for doing the full feasibility studies on sub-projects that have successfully obtained letters of intent from the utility for power purchase.
