Contexte :
Dans le cadre des activités des projets APST (Appui à la mise en œuvre du Plan Solaire Tunisie) et RMS (Projet Renforcement du Marché Solaire en Tunisie (RMS))mis en œuvre par la GIZ, sous mandat du BMU et le BMZ, en coopération avec le Ministère chargé de l'énergie et l’Agence Nationale pour la Maitrise de l’Energie, Une version tunisienne des contrats types EPC et O&M des projets PV sous le régime des autorisations ont été développés par un consortium d'experts (Cabinet Cécile Cessac - Cabinet Ferchiou et 3E). Et ce, en vue d'assister les développeurs des projets IPP à lancer leurs projets.
Un atelier de présentations desdits contrats s'est tenu le 20 février 2020 à l'hôtel Mövenpick Lac1 afin de partager ces modèles de contrats qui ont été basés sur des bonne pratiques internationales et adaptés au contexte tunisien.
