Introduction

An ESCO (Energy Service Company) is a company dedicated to the provision of energy services. It basically refers to a natural person or legal entity that delivers energy services and/or measures to contribute to the energy efficiency in the same facilities of the client. The payment of the provisioned services are paid (partly or entirely) depending on the achievement of certain energy efficiency criteria and/or performance proposed criteria.
