Description
The EnergyNow SDG7 Action Forum will be held virtually on 23 September 2022 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM during the 77th session of the UN General Assembly.

ONE YEAR AFTER the groundbreaking UN High-level Dialogue on Energy that resulted in the Global Roadmap for Accelerated SDG7 Action, leaders and experts from governments, business and civil society will:

  • share energy action commitments and solutions towards the achievement of SDG7 and net-zero emissions;
  • report progress on Energy Compact commitments totaling over US$ 600 billion to accelerate access and a just, inclusive energy transition; and
  • learn the latest on trends, technologies and the impact of the global energy crisis.

You can watch the SDG7 Action Forum at webtv.un.org.
