What is the effect of COVID-19 on Climate Change?

How have CO2 emissions and human mobility been affected? How sustainable is the current scenarion of reduced CP2 emissions in the long term? How significant will be the reductions of CO2 emissions to the world’s GDP? Which are the connections between COVID-19, climate change and human health? Which lessons will the COVID-19 pandemic offer in the long term, to climate action?

Other themes may also be considered. Research teams working on the topic and interested to have their work reviewed for an open access journal, are now invited to make a submission. Submissions of expressions of interest, consisting of an abstract with a 200 words outline of the paper, along with the names and contact details of the authors, should be sent to the editorial team at: info@iccip.net. The deadline for expressions of interest is 30th June 2020. The deadline for full papers is 30th September 2020.
