|PRC abstract=The purpose of the TOR is the preparation, administration, monitoring and evaluation of the Solar Battery Charging Stations Subproject. In particular the subproject administrator will (i) design a financing and user payment scheme, (ii) carry out site preparation and consultations, (iii) cooperate with the provider of technical equipment, and (iv) carry out monitoring and evaluation.
