Title of Document Preparation, Administration, Monitoring and Evaluation of the Solar Battery Charging Stations Subproject
Abstract The purpose of this Terms of Reference (TOR) is the preparation, administration, monitoring and evaluation of the Solar Battery Charging Stations Subproject. In particular the subproject administrator is supposed to (i) design a financing and user payment scheme, (ii) carry out site preparation and consultations, (iii) cooperate with the provider of technical equipment, and (iv) carry out monitoring and evaluation.
