Abstract
This Guide assists government and non-government agencies at all scales in preparing bankable climate change adaptation proposals to access various sources of financing. It also incorporates lessons learned and best-practices for developing adaptation projects gained over the last six years. The USAID Climate Change Adaptation Project Preparation Facility for Asia and the Pacific (Adapt Asia-Pacific) has released this guide.
