|Pub Abstract=The  objective  of  the  study presented  here is  to  analyze  the contribution and significance of quality infrastructure in Sub-Saharan Africa for both climate change mitigation (renewable  energies,  energy  efficiency)  and  adaptation  to  climate  change  (water,  agriculture,  human  health  and  meteorology).  After  a  general  overview  of  the  region  in  terms  of  the  existing  demand  for  quality  infrastructure,  the study takes a closer look at the status quo of quality infrastructure services which already exist in four selected country studies (Benin, Ethiopia, Kenya and uganda).

Abstract
