Title of Document ToR Study on Energy Efficiency Action Plan
Abstract The ToR describes activities for the development of an energy efficiency action plan for the electricity sector. This is to create suitable institutional arrangements within the Ministry in charge of Electricity to support prioritized energy efficiency measures.

A secondary objective would be to help the Government of the Country in developing an awareness campaign for energy efficiency that could be implemented when energy efficiency programs are launched.
