Friends of the Earth United States

  • Friends of the Earth United States was founded in 1969 and is based in United States .
  • Type of organisation: NGO

Friends of the Earth U.S. works to redirect tax policies and public spending to drive the transition to a cleaner, low-carbon economy. In the United States and abroad, we advocate for policies that minimize environmental and social harm and fund a brighter future. We work with allies around the world to alter lending practices at financial institutions such as export credit agencies, like the U.S. Export-Import Bank, and multilateral development banks like the African Development Bank.
